Staff were friendly and the facilities were great. Mustafa Opsar on the front desk was an excellent ambassador for the hotel- he dealt with all enquiries professionally - nothing was too much trouble. Kubra in the restaurant was friendly, attentive and despite a language barrier always ensured our meal requirements were met- thank you both for making our holiday a five star experience.

Amazing staff, At the front desk Ahmet, Mustafa,Buse, Baran and Beril were so friendly and welcoming . Ahmet helped us with giving us his train pass to use and Mystafa and Buse gave us the address for the good local restaurants and places to visit. At the hotel food court I have to mention Sena, Gamze, Gözde, Anil and another Ahmet efe Aytün , they were all amazing,they learned our name and the second we were walking into the restaurant for breakfast they were greeting us by our name.we really enjoyed our stay and recommended it to another friend. This is the place we choose if we decide to come back to Konya next year 😀

Our journey was to Cappadocia and Konya city was midway between Antaliya and Cappadocia. We stayed to stop for one night in Ramada Hotel Konya . Once we left Konya my wife released that she forgot her Samsung headphones in the room, so I wrote to the hotel reception about this issue and they staff found it. Hopefully we get our headphones on back way from Cappadocia. My wife was due to she already lost the headphones few months ago.

The stay in this hotel is never Unforgettable and pleasant stay. All the facilities includeing room ,breakfast, Ambius, Outside building style nice roof view from the top.Our special thanks to Manager ERMAN and NOOR on the reception they upgraded the room to double room Actually we were not very happy for the room for 3 peoples So they gave us the stunning top floor with a outside view

The staff were very friendly and helpful for our entire stay. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The location was great and there was easy access to cabs and a train station close by. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and we enjoyed the many facilities this hotel had to offer.

The breakfast was very nice and the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and the location was excellent. The duty manager was helpful and kind. The receptionists were kind and polite.

Everything: comfortable room with a view ( I love the window wall).A lot of choices for breakfast , nice and friendly staff. My partner loved the swimming pool, which was very clean and safe. I wish I could stay more than one night.

Amazing hotel with very nice rooms, professional staff, excellent breakfast choice with restaurant on a terrace. Manager Buse was very caring towards customers. Property has plenty of free parking for customers.
